We are seeking a Workforce Manager to supervise DSP staff and arrange for replacement staff to provide vacancy coverage. Will be responsible to ensure staff are well trained and equipped for their roles.

This is a full-time position that will require flexibility in the schedule and could primarily work remotely.

This person will take an active role in arranging staff coverage, build relationships with DSP staff and will also conduct satisfaction check-ins. Will be responsible to track and report staff overtime hours and absenteeism, attend administrative meetings and participate in weekend on-call rotation.

Duties Include:

• Managing DSP staff and provide feedback and ensuring satisfaction
• Schedule replacement staff for vacancy coverage
• Approving, tracking and reporting various time and payroll metrics
• Processing staff call-offs and assisting managers with coverage solutions
• Participating in weekend on-call rotation

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in human services, human resources, business or related field and/or equivalent in years of experience in related field
• Two years of experience in human services, developmental disabilities or equivalent in years of experience in related field
• One or two years supervisory experience
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through verbal and written mediums
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn and be proficient in scheduling software
• Flexibility in assigned working locations and hours
