What this role is all about:

We are looking for a Workforce Analyst. We can consider candidates to sit out of our Appleton, WI or Eden Prairie, MN offices.

The Workforce Analyst serves as a Staffing Project Manager to ensure that all US and Canadian sites have appropriate personnel for a major IT transformation project on the horizon. This role collaborates with Plant Directors, Human Capital (HC) Operations and Talent Acquisition (TA) to allocate necessary resources, remove roadblocks and leverage best practices. This role will also involve data analytics and will provide timely accurate reporting of various recruitment metrics relating to applicant flow, hires, open roles, etc.

  • Alert leadership/project team if staffing levels cannot be met on the required timeline and assist in the development of contingency plans.
  • Provide ongoing global visibility to the recruitment process at project sites including number of vacancies, candidate flow, and obstacles encountered in real time.
  • Analyze recruitment challenges at subject sites and work with functional groups to develop solutions or modify processes as needed.
  • Serve as recruitment subject matter expert by providing advice and support to managers throughout the recruitment and hiring process in partnership with the HC Operations team.
  • Assist in the coordination of the administrative aspects of the talent acquisition process including drafting internal and external job postings, placing ads, etc. for Plant Sites and business functions as needed.
  • As needed, will support the recruitment process, by managing applicant process flow, screening applicants and selecting qualified candidates.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in recruiting required.

Where you’ll be working:

  • Agropur’s US operations produce approximately 1 billion pounds of quality, award winning cheese each year.  The US operations produce more than 20 different cheese varieties along with whey protein and dry ingredients.
