Compensation: Our Assistant Store Managers are guaranteed $12.00 per hour plus a generous commission and bonus structure. Our average Assistant Store Managers earn $16.00 to $18.00 per hour plus, while the above-average earn over $19.00 per hour with commission and bonuses. You decide your worth! What We Are Looking For:
- Direct sales, sales leadership or relevant experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency a big plus!
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic, outgoing personality and a positive attitude
- Understanding of new technology products and services
- Excellent verbal, multitasking and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- At least 18 years of age.
