Brothers Windows LLC has been serving the greater Knoxville area for over 30 years. We are looking for a highly motivated, team-oriented, skilled individual with an excellent work ethic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Clean windows on commercial and residential buildings
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and tools
• Follow safety procedures while working on ladders and rooftops
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Ensure high-quality work is delivered consistently
• Follow safety procedures to ensure that equipment is used properly and prevent injury or damage
• Communicate with clients to determine their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and project requirements
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on new and innovative cleaning methods

Requirements:

• Prior experience in window cleaning is preferred but not required
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work at heights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

Starting Pay $16.50-$20.60 DOE Full-Time (Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm + Some Saturdays). Applicants must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, ready to work in inclement weather and great customer service skills. Hired Applicant will receive a $250.00 sign on bonus after 90 Days. We will contact you after receipt of your correspondence to set up an interview.
