Job Summary
G2 Secure Staff, is looking to hire a Wheelchair Agent to cater to our incoming and outgoing passengers. Wheelchair Agents provide extraordinary customer service to airline passengers who may require special assistance during airline travel, including disabled passengers, unaccompanied minors or passengers desiring wheelchair assistance for comfort. Provide assistance, information and customer service as requested to arriving, transferring or departing passengers. Safely transport passengers by providing walking assistance or wheelchair service as requested. Assist passengers with baggage as needed and coordinate with airline gate agents, dispatchers and management to ensure a safe and satisfactory travel experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Capable of lifting, holding or carrying up to 75 pounds repetitively

Pay: $19.65 per hour
