Typical Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be a team member and work in a safety conscious environment. “Safety First” Expectations.
- Assigned tasks include repairs and preventive maintenance on tanks, vessels, piping systems and structural systems, layout and fabrication of new and replacement piping systems, as well as installation of valves and related piping equipment
- Have a working knowledge of blueprint reading, ability to draw and interpret isometric diagrams
- Must be able to tack weld or weld components and assemblies using electric, gas, arc or other welding equipment; Cut work pieces using powered saws, hand shears, or chipping knife; Melt lead bar, wire or scrap to add lead to joint or to extrude melted scrap into reusable forms. Installs and repairs equipment such as lead pipes, valves, floors and tank linings.
- Must have flexibility to work all shifts, holidays and weekends as needed
- Work from elevated areas ladders, platforms, scaffolding utilizing fall protection
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Background check and drug screen required

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
