What you will do:

A Welding Specialist performs welding operations in a fast-paced environment in workstations that have required cycle times. Team Members work in a culture that thrives on lean manufacturing principles both on and off the production line.

What you need to have:

· Prefer a minimum of one year experience in MIG welding or certification/degree in welding

· Ability to read weld blueprints and symbols

· Ability to perform common welds according to production and workflow requirements

· Requires the ability to perform standardized layouts of parts prior to welding, to accurately identify weld locations and perform detailed measurements

· Ability to lift up-to 40 pounds

· Ability to stand for long periods of time

General information:

· Starting Salary: $24 - $26 DOE

· Step Grid: Increase every 6 months for the first 5 years,* then annually

· Schedule: Mon – Thurs: 5 am – 3:30 pm or 5:30 am – 4:00 pm

· Potential Overtime: up to 2 hours after shift or 10 hours on Fridays

· Onsite Food Trucks: All meals are $8 (refrigerators and microwaves also available on-site)

*5 years of increases may differ depending on starting salary
