Job Description:
Get paid for 40 hours and work only 36! Earn $22/hr in our climate controlled environment! At RenewAire, we're looking for people who are mission-minded and take pride in their work to improve ventilation and energy efficiencies. As a Commerical Assembly Technician, you will build large Energy Recovery Ventilation units (ERVs) for hospitals, schools, warehouses and other commercial businesses. Each day offers variety as there are millions of configurations possible in one ERV. You will read schematics to assemble sheet metal walls, roofs and doors, install dampers and electrical wiring and controls, and pass final testing and quality assurance. Some of our units even include HVAC capabilities! Job Duties include but are not limited to the following: Fabricate our ventilation units and accessories from the ground up according to drawings and specifications Assure product meets the highest quality standards Coordinate / cooperate with other assemblers to achieve best overall flow of work on the production floor Actively identify, suggest and help implement improvements to the build specification, general workspaces, tools and procedures Search for personal and team improvement opportunities Promote a safe, pleasant and professional work environment
Experience Required:
1+ year of assembly, construction or mechanical repair experience.
