Eagle Hill School is seeking a professional, motivated, and energetic Registered Nurse. This position allows the appropriate candidate the opportunity to directly make a difference in the lives of our 220 high school students.* Maintain a current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts* Meet or exceed all expectations as outlined in the Massachusetts Professional Code of Conduct as a Registered Nurse.* Participates in the orientation and training of the teaching and residential staff.* Preferably maintain certification as a First Aid and CPR Instruction* Assist with the daily operations of the Medication Administration program. Prepares medications for dispensing in advance of need. Dispenses medications according to doctors orders..

Assures all required documentation is present. * Evaluate each student presenting to the Infirmary for illness or injury in a timely manner. Determine and carry out an appropriate plan of treatment.* Professionally maintains telephone communication with parents regarding health care and medication issues, travel to medical appointments as needed.* Provide informal counseling to students on an as needed basis and communicates with the necessary personnel for follow-up..Position Available: Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am- 11:00 pm and 1 negotiable shift during the week.
