This position is eligible for a Retention Bonus:
$300 after 3 months; $1200 after 1 year
We are looking for dependable, honest and hardworking individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude, solid work ethic and enjoys working with others to produce a quality product.
Skillset:
- Ability to do the following:
- Operate water or air jet looms
- Determine type of defect and the reason for loom stoppage
- Flag high stop looms and quality related issues
- Examine quality of fabric with a flashlight throughout the shift and flag looms with defective fabric
- Repair damaged warps
- Use reed hook, tape and scissors
- Patrol the job, checking for warp problems and start looms.
- Requires constant walking, patrolling job, requires stretching/bending/reaching multiple times per shift
- Available to work 7:00 pm – 7:00 am (36 hour week/48 hour week)
