We’re seeking a Warranty - Superintendent Assistant to join our South Atlanta team.

This role provides support to warranty and train for the construction of new homes and ensure high-quality service to our clients by performing the following duties:

• Schedule and supervise subcontractor repairs
• Production Manager Respond to all incoming warranty requests by following standard procedures set by the
• Trouble-shoot construction-related issues, explain details of the written warranty provided by customers, and coordinate schedules of parties involved
• Evaluate subcontractor and product performance while providing up-to-date information to the Production Manager
• Document all warranty-related communication
• Exhibiting high attention to detail and organizational skills
• Learn the construction scheduling process
• Following the construction scheduling process proficiently
• Complete other duties and task as requested by management
