This position is for 3rd shift working Sunday - Thursday from 10:30PM - 7:00AM.

This is the role:
We are looking for professionals to join our Ranson, WV team as a Warehouse Lead. As a Warehouse Lead, you will support operations to meet the needs of the factory, ensuring products are aesthetically packaged to specifications and our high-quality standards. While the role is physical by nature, warehousepersonss are developed through training on equipment such as forklifts to complete their work, and educated on all safety procedures to know how to operate safely.

This is What You Offer:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience operating a forklift, clamp truck, or electric pallet jack required, preferably in a continuous flow manufacturing or industrial environment and working with automated equipment.

  • Demonstrated or proven:

  • Accuracy and data integrity.

Essential Functions:
  • Efficiently load and unload ROCKWOOL product and materials from pallets, skids, platforms, trucks, lifting devices or other transport sources while exercising care in handling finished product to ensure no damage is caused and that products are accurately labelled.
  • Implement a diligent inventory management process to account for product location and distribution which often involves using physical stock counts and investigating discrepancies and adjusting errors.
  • Maintain working equipment which may require basic troubleshooting and act as a first line of defense for process, mechanical and technical issues.
  • Working within a team-oriented and fast-paced environment, ensure the correct product volumes are produced and delivered against production plan and key performance factors as part of the customer order fulfilment team.
  • Adhere to ROCKWOOL’s established high-quality and environmental standards to identify and mitigate or escalate quality or environmental risks and issues.
