Location:Employment will begin in-office, with the option to move to hybrid-remote after meeting team's Standard of Excellence

WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER

Overview

The warehouse manager maintains and tracks inventory levels at server locations across the country as well as managing the warehouse operations team and ensures industry-standard practices and protocols are maintained. Building and sustaining relationships with technicians, vendors, and regulatory bodies is critical to this role. The Warehouse Manager will have direct responsibility for process improvement, development, and legal compliance across all aspects of inventory management within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a sustainable process to support our in-house technicians and subcontractors to meet and exceed sub-metering client's expectations
  • Actively source products and secure the best pricing
  • Continually reconcile inventory on hand with inventory allocated to WIP
  • Reduce shrink through active inventory management
  • Oversee shipping and receiving operations and team members in alignment with current Conservice culture and expectations.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently, make minute-to-minute decisions and meet shipping deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership skills managing processes and team members
  • Ability to effectively manage inventory processes to reduce shrink
  • Proven negotiation skills with vendors to control costs
  • Experience with the sourcing, assessment, and implementation of inventory tracking software
  • Professional, clear, and effective communication skills
  • Effectively manage time and workload to meet department and company needs
  • Motivated to find the "why" behind the problem and resolve the issue
  • Must be able to lift 60 pounds

Education & Experience:

  • Preferred experience in an inventory and warehouse management role
  • Preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or, Business Administration
  • Understanding of supply chain management
