Description:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a new team. You will oversee, coordinate, and assist in the daily warehousing activities in our Bolingbrook, IL location. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company’s overall market share.

Mon-Fri 8am- 2:30pm
$20/hr Weekly pay, benefits PTO, Medical, 401K (after 90 day probation)
Requirements:- Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
- Desire to lead - people and operations
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self Motivated, Self Directed, Proactive
- Attention to detail is a must
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 50+lbs consistently
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
