BASIC FUNCTION
Primary Responsibility: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible of leading the warehouse team at this facility and meeting customer warehousing or delivery requirements, as required. Provide a safe, clean and healthful work environment for self, other team members and visitors. Responsible for lease returns. This working supervisor position also performs standard warehouse worker duties.

Responsible for handling all lease returns. Work with leasing company, carriers and machine claims for damaged equipment. Responsible for all paperwork in processing of lease returns. Deal with sales, administration, service, accounting and operations departments as required for information exchange and issue resolution.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Basic knowledge of shipping and warehouse procedures and regulations required. At least two (2) years experience as a warehouse team member at the facility.
Experience required in the following areas:

• Considerable contact with other departments, such as sales, planning and with customers.
• Supervisory ability required.

Additional skills required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot methodically and efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, occasionally in urgent situations.
• Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with people from diverse ethnic and educational backgrounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Warehouse environment.
• Requires standing, walking, reaching, stooping.
• Exposure to heat, cold, fumes in open warehouse.
• May require occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Employee must complete required courses as described by Human Resources for all employees.
