Summary: The warehouse Manager will work closely with the Director in help coordinate all the activities and efforts within the warehouse to ensure the smooth operations in the warehouse.

• Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including receiving and signing invoices, storage, safety and distribution of supplies and maintenance of inventory.
• Train, supervise and improving daily performance. Assign warehouse employees, assign workloads to warehouse workers.
• Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store and deliver materials, supplies or equipment;
• Complete LTL/FTL Orders and create packing slips for shipments as assigned.
• Route, schedule, pack and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles; schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups with UPS/FEDEX.
• Maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; Prepare end of month inventory order list
• Monitor the Warehouse Management Systems
• Operate and demonstrate use of specialized warehouse equipment as necessary.
• Pull orders from storage areas and compare them with order forms
• Choose appropriate packing materials and containers and pack products in accordance to product safety protocols
• Make sure that each package is properly package, sealed and shipping label applied
• Receive product deliveries from trucks and ensure that they are properly stored into assigned locations
• Arrange items in an organized manner to avoid damage or premature wear and tear
• Maintain both shipping and receiving logs
• Optimize space by ensuring that everything is in its place
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and be able to lift 50lbs
• Help Load and unload containers
• Make sure that the warehouse is clean at all times
• Perform duties assigned by the manager

ABILITY TO:

• Learn to operate a computer terminal and warehouse-related software.
• Work independently with little direction.
• Read, interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Train, manage and motivate employees
• Be able to do whatever is necessary to get the job done. This includes working weekends if necessary
• Be able to drive forklifts
• MUST be able to speak Spanish and English

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively.
• Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching.
• Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 40 pounds

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
