• Supervision of warehouse staff members.
• Ensuring compliance of health and safety policies.
• Manage inbound flow, put away strategy and ensure warehouse space and storage optimization.
• Leads receiving and delivery processes in training, assists in action plans to improve performance, and ensures daily execution.
• Maintains facilities and housekeeping.
• Maintains daily production and accuracy records.
• Assist other departments as needed.
  

• 2+ years of supervisory or related experience
• 1+ year(s) of mechanic or related experience
• Ability to speak English and Spanish preferred
• Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
• Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software
• Minimum of HSD/GED
• Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
  

• 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
• 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
