Warehouse/Logistics Manager

We are seeking a warehouse manager to manage our warehouse in Earth City, Missouri. Your mission is to help us build a well-oiled machine, driven by a customer-centric mentality. As warehouse manager, you will help us deliver our promise to our customers. You will perform and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. You must be operationally savvy and be able to learn new systems quickly. You will lead a team of 1-2 associates. You must have the ability and vision to help us scale rapidly. Our ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented, and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time.

Qualifications and experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics (highly regarded)

· Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in warehouse, logistics or transport management (desirable)

· Proven ability and experience (2 + years) managing small to medium sized warehouse teams

· Valid Forklift license

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by establishing, monitoring, and managing warehouse performance goals
• Develop warehouse operations processes by streamlining product handling, inventory management, and shipping
• Anticipate and prepare for staffing needs during busy season
• Review daily performance data and report on the warehouse metrics

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
