Your Qualifications:

· A minimum of High School Diploma or GED required.

· The desire to learn new roles and grow.

· 1-2 years of manufacturing or industrial experience.

· Mobile equipment operations experience.

· Flexibility to work indoors and outdoors.

· Ability to work a 12-hour Dupont 4/3 rotating schedule including days, nights, and two weekends a month. Schedule offers flexibility only working 16 days a month and giving you work life balance.

Your Purpose:

Perform repetitive duties as assigned to support the transfer of unit loads and reinforcing steel bar stock in and out of storage locations, loading for direct shipments, and unloading incoming materials in accordance with established practices and procedures.

Your Work:

· Receive directions from supervisor and shipping instructions from shipping crane operators and loader shifter.

· Work from identification tags, shipping and receiving papers, job instructions and prescribed procedures.

· Signal crane operator and load shifter as to load destination and where to store inventory.

· Participate in loading unit loads for shipment.

· Bundle tie unit loads, as required, call for train trailer, railcar, or other designated carrier.

· Climb a loft and guide the landing of unit loads.

· Handle material used to secure and load cargo for transport.

· Assist the loader shifter to locate and stage designated sizes quantity of bars.
