We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Support personnel to join our Louisville, Kentucky team. In the Warehouse Support role, you will provide shipping, receiving, inventory management and refurb services, if required by assigned office. Your mechanical aptitude, organizational skills, and willingness to learn and grow with our company will be the keys to your success as a warehouse support personnel.

You will:

• Report directly to the Service/Branch Manager
• Receive part shipments, ensure accuracy of orders, and store in proper part locations.
• Order parts to maintain adequate inventory and/or advise administrative assistant to order parts to maintain adequate inventory.
• Ship parts and/or equipment as requested in work order.
• Inspect incoming equipment prior to acceptance of shipment to ensure equipment was not damaged during transit.
• Retrieve, stage, and assist in loading equipment for project/reactive calls.
• Deliver parts to onsite work locations as necessary.
• Provide accurate diagnosis for refurb service calls and make repairs as indicated. Ensuring equipment is bench tested and operating properly before repackaged. (Office Specific)
• Use proper site/work specific PPE equipment at all times, and when working with electricity ensure all safety precautions are in use, implementing all lock out/tag out procedures.

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state issued driver’s license
• Forklift certification may be required (Office Specific)
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Customer service and relationship building skills
• Ability to use basic hand tools, familiarity with power tools.
• Position requires regular bending, stooping, kneeling and ability to lift 55 pounds.
