Walk Manager Job at Tovar Snow Professionals
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruits walk laborers and walk drivers through various activities and demographic areas.
- Manage the team and provide on-the-spot assistance and support
- Coordinate and direct the activities of the walks
- Exercises supervision over the walk
- Communication to the team, walk drivers and route managers
- Electronically open, close and submit all timecards.
- Assist others with their applications and on-boarding
- Report all in and out times to dispatch or route manager within the hour of completing or beginning assigned task
- Follows correct and timely post-accident reporting and testing procedures
