The position of Vice President of Talent Development & Transformation would be located in Dallas, TX!

Summary

As Vice President of Talent Development & Transformation you will lead the strategy, design, development, and implementation of key programs for our learning and development initiatives. You will be capable of connecting business and talent strategies on a national level. You will seek to understand Rexel’s business models and help the organization pivot and prepare our future workforce. In addition, you will be capable of leveraging AI and analytics along with the insights from our leaders to craft talent strategies and new skilling approaches. As a senior leader, you have demonstrated experience leading strong teams to solve complex transformational challenges.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead, drive, and design end to end Talent and Learning Transformation Programs
  • Lead Organizational Performance and Organizational Effectiveness strategies
  • As a trusted advisor and partner to leadership, identify performance needs and gaps in order to direct the design and execution of learning and development strategies across the organization.
  • Contribute to and sometimes lead development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, capability development, and recruiting
  • Oversee Leadership Assessments, Organizational Talent Reviews, Leadership Development Programs – Foundational (early career programs) to accelerated development experiences
  • Implement Industry Success Profiles, selection tools that are fully digitized.
  • Develop and implement the learning strategy and annual roadmap in partnership with the executive team and key business stakeholders to identify high-priority development experiences (i.e., coaching, leadership development, re-skilling).
  • Seek and build partnership opportunities (internally and externally) to implement and continuously improve learning and talent development tools and processes.
  • Define and implement a measurement strategy to assess the effectiveness of performance and learning interventions.
  • Oversee the USA vendor management and program governance for sourcing high-quality vendors.
  • Lead authentically and with a people-first mindset that fosters inclusivity and celebrates diversity.
  • Partner with Rexel Group Talent team to ensure alignment with global workforce learning strategies
  • Oversee Rexel Academy and other LMS tools

Education & Experience
  • Graduate-level degree in Talent and Learning
  • Experience in Design Thinking, Human Centered Design, Employee Experience, Transformational Change Management, Culture Change, and/or Agile Organization Development
  • Experience with implementing Digital Learning solutions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Proficiency with data visualization applications (Domo, PowerBI)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
