MMC Group is looking for a dynamic at-home customer representative in the El Paso area with great organizational skills, outstanding time management, and great customer service skills.

Job Description:

Inbound call center assisting Texans inquiring about their government benefits such as Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and MEPD Programs.

Duties:

• Answer general, inbound, customer service calls for individuals seeking to obtain government benefits.
• Adhere to call center expectations, scope, and attendance requirements.
• Meet quality, adherence, and attendance requirements

• Start date: September 19th
• Payrate: $14.00 English /$15.00 Bilingual ( Pay increase after job training is complete) and a $1000 conversion bonus after 90 days!
• Equipment Pick up Location: HHSC 12 Founders Blvd., El Paso, TX 79935
• For Virtual Workers: Must meet internet speed test and work at home requirements.
• Send a screenshot of your download/upload speed
• Hours of Operation: (M-F) 7:00 am – 5:30 pm (must be able to work any 8-hour shift within hours)
• Paid Training: Cannot miss any time during training, training is between 6-8 weeks (classroom and on the job training)
• Length of Assignment: 3 months to conversion – Depends on attendance, behavior, performance.

What is the work at home requirements?

• A virtual Call Center representative is staff that provide telephone customer service from their own home offices
• Quiet, private workspace.
• No cooking/doing other household chores, assisting kids with homework, or any other activity during work hours.
• No visitors or family members in room while working. (HIPAA)
• Have stable high speed internet – plug ethernet cord directly into router.
• You will get 2 paid scheduled breaks and ½ hour lunch. You are required to work a full 8 hour scheduled shift. These hours are not flexible.
• Communication with your supervisor/trainer/team members.
• Must Live within 70 miles of the El Paso area
• Bilingual applicants highly encouraged
