As the Drenda Video Editor (long form and short form), much of your time will be collaborating as a support to the Drenda Producer, to edit raw footage for broadcast television, whether that be promotional spots, teases, opens, closes, product spots, etc. In this role, you will work to ensure that the content is assembled and times out for broadcast and social media. The editor will also oversee the assembly of graphics, sound, effects, and special effects in the timeline. Working with the producer, the editor may help to collaborate in writing, producing content, editing product spots and writing promotional scripts for show elements. There may be times the editor will help to shoot service or studio content. This is on an as needed basis.
As the YouTube manager, your job responsibilities are to help plan, organize, and upload YouTube content every week for multiple channels. Also, you will be responsible for pulling and compiling analytics so the team can evaluate and make adjustments for the overall success of the channels.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate and communicate with the Drenda Producer to determine the direction of projects assigned.
- Assist Producer with design, schedule, and procurement of elements for master products.
- Effectively communicates ideas orally as well as written.
- Build out the monthly broadcast calendar for daily, weekly, and local time slots.
- Track Drenda show shipments and deliveries.
- Holds to performance standards and is detail oriented.
- Must be fluent in all Adobe software that would include Photoshop and Premiere.
- Visualizes and follows production scripts with additional instructions either written or verbally communicated.
- Manage weekly content calendar for multiple other YouTube channels (GKM and DKM).
- Television graphics and motion graphics.
- Support and collaborate with the Drenda producing in naming videos, with the knowledge of what’s trending, searchable, attention grabbing, and creative.
- Creating clips from long form videos for social/YouTube shorts/bonus content.
- Assist technical director during live tapings by taking timecode notes for editing reference (as needed).
- Familiar and able to navigate YouTube as a content creator.
- Responsible for uploading content to YouTube every week.
- Able to understand and interpret Google Analytics for Pastor Drenda’s YouTube channel.
- YouTube thumbnails.
- Critical thinker and able to work under pressure.
- Forward thinker; ability to plan ahead and think about different outcomes.
- Ability to self-motivate ad execute tasks accordingly.
- Coachable and able to be corrected and continue growing.
- As needed: Transport, operate, and set-up production equipment that includes camera equipment, sound systems, microphones, lighting, and props for location and studio production.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s (Preferred).
- 3+ years of video post production experience.
- Flexible availability (possible overtime / blackout dates).
- Familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven track record of past work.
- Combination of your degree with 3+ years of proven experience.
- Up to date with advancements in technical equipment surrounding producing and editing.
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
