Position Description: Responsible for the creation of engaging, next-level video and audio content for social media and paid advertising, serve as lead coordinator for live-stream events and productions and support the Communications Office with web audio and video needs. Position Responsibilities: 50.00% - Produce high quality video from concept to completion for paid advertising across numerous ad platforms including social media. 20.00% - Produce short-form videos for social media platforms. 15.00% - Coordinate and live-stream college productions and events for social media on various platforms. 5.00% - Performs other duties as needed or assigned.
10.00% - Supervise student employees. Expectations: Adequately perform essential duties in a professional manner.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience - Two years to five years of similar or related experience.
Education - A Bachelor's degree.
Interpersonal Skills - Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the college for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.
Other Skills - Bachelor's degree required. Excellent human relations skills. Good organizing, coordinating and project planning skills. Knowledge of video and audio and computer editing equipment. Good writing and photography skills, along with basic computer skills.
Physical Requirements: The work requires moderate physical exertion such as long periods of standing, repetitively lifting lightweight objects with frequent bending or stooping, recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as computer, printers or record boxes. Occasionally lifts heavy objects (over 50 pounds). Job requires average agility and dexterity.

Occasional exposure to objectionable conditions or variations such as those found in variable weather conditions or light industrial settings. Regular exposure to unfavorable environments such as weather and dirty and noisy locations. Employees may be required to use personal protective equipment such as masks, coats, gowns, boots, goggles, gloves, or shields. Wages/Other:
The salary range for this position is $49,028.16 or $55,455.75.

Job Advertisement: Seeks a full-time Video Coordinator. This replacement position is directly responsible for the creation of engaging, next-level video and audio content for social media and paid advertising, will serve as lead coordinator for live-stream events and productions and support the Communications Office with web audio and video needs. Bachelors degree in radio/TV, multimedia design, journalism, or related field required. Knowledge of video and audio equipment required, including experience with linear and non-linear post production. Good human relations, strong writing, organizational and project-planning skills also required. Basic knowledge of computer multimedia programs preferred but not required.
