As a reflection of our growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Vice President, Operations (Studios). This is a key leadership role, responsible for delivering the Chapter studio's P&L performance by driving studio metrics and leading the growth of new and existing studios throughout the country. This role will lead the operations team focused on providing a world-class guest experience.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Build and develop a world-class team of operators (Regional Managers, Studio Managers, etc.) to support a hyper-growth business while inspiring, mentoring, and motivating the teams.
  • Strategic sales and operational leadership for Studio and cross-functional teams, serving as a "voice of the guest" for all decisions impacting the studios.
  • Creates, oversees, and maintains a sales strategy for all key growth initiatives (e.g., volume, revenue, market, product, and services growth) that results in consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Accountable for developing, implementing, and driving business, financial and operational protocols and metrics that align to Chapter’s goals and objectives while driving growth, appointment value, guest retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • Responsible for delivering the exceptional and consistent team and guest experience across all studios.
  • Deliver annual revenue and EBITDA financial goals at the brand, Region and Studio level.
  • In partnership with the regional teams, operations, and corporate teams, develop and manage opening plans, and other brand initiatives at the field level.
  • Remain competitive in the Medical Aesthetics and other relevant landscape to ensure Chapter continues to be innovative and ahead of the trend.
  • Serve on project teams as needed.
  • Build, support and reinforce the brand culture by modeling it every day.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in multi-unit leadership in a sales organization.
  • Luxury / Medical / Retail preferred.
  • Experience in membership model, guest retention a plus.
  • BA/BS required. Masters preferred.
  • Requires outstanding interpersonal, coaching, and listening skills to communicate within all levels of the organization.
  • High energy; enthusiastic; positive, can-do mindset; ability to inspire followship, motivate and inspire diverse workforce
  • Able to develop strong, trusting relationships within departments and the organization.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment and can work on various projects simultaneously, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands.
  • Strong executive presentation and engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated with a highly collaborative style and strong influence skills.
  • Ability to travel 50% and at times up 75% as required.
