Job Title: Vice President of Food & Beverage

Reports to: Vice President of Asset Management, East

The Vice President of Food & Beverage will lead and have oversight of the food and beverage programming at Camelback Resort.

This is an executive committee position that will oversee multiple revenue centers. The Vice President of Food and Beverage will lead and motivate large teams to include senior leaders for operational excellence in the areas of a la carte and concession dining, banquet operations, culinary and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-unit and high-volume operations.

The Vice President of F&B will be responsible for directing and maintaining the standards of food and beverage quality and ensuring the highest levels of service to maximize profits through outstanding guest experiences. This individual will be responsible for growing F&B revenue and profitability through current systems and processes as well as develop and reposition additional concepts and offerings. This individual will implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs that result in achieving the required results of the business.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years Food & Beverage leadership experience.

Experience in high volume food and beverage operations to include concessions.

Ability to lead and motivate a team and create a culture of engagement.

Prior experience in the opening and re-concepting of restaurants/outlets.

Experience in budgeting, management of P/L for large, diverse revenue streams.
