Pay:
$175,000.00-$210,000.00/Annual

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. An offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

The Vice President of Integrated Facility Services sets and executes the overall operations business strategy across business, service delivery, products, and infrastructure areas. Leads Operational team in IFS, for continuous improvement in Quality, Service Delivery, Compliance and Innovation. Supporting multiple lines of service delivery in LaGuardia Airport, supporting the Terminal B airport facility. Strategic, Innovative and continuous improvement. Leading an iconic terminal experience, the Vice President of Integrated Facility Services at LaGuardia Terminal B will drive operations excellence and world-class service delivery strategies through an integrated, coordinated approach to deliver a frictionless experience for the terminal community and guests. The Vice President of Integrated Facility Services must be dynamic, productively nurturing strong partnerships with the LGP senior leadership and terminal community, and immensely proactive in leading an ever-changing environment. Also, this role must challenge the quo by developing and executing multi-year business strategies, innovative solutions, and service-quality offerings to drive year-over-year business growth.

Responsible for administering and/or implementing policies, systems, programs, processes, procedures and/or plans throughout the locations within the area.


Essential Functions

    • Supervise and control all facets of facility management including passenger services in Terminal B, LaGuardia Airport.
    • Assign responsibilities to ensure passenger services and administrative functions flow smoothly in terminal B.
    • Make sure all areas are provisioned with the necessary resources in conjunction with standards of the Client and Provider.
    • Follow all applicable regulations and requirements of the customer airports, TSA, Port Authority and other governmental authorities.
    • Communicate effectively with employees, clients, stakeholders and regulatory authorities to ensure Terminal B delivers the number one performance metrics to ensure fulfillment of performance requirements.
    • Maintain positive relationship with client representatives.
    • Client/Customer/Passenger experience expert – 5 Star resort, campus, financial institution, or Hotel background preferred
    • Profile of an innovative, executive leader, hands on, visible to both operation and client.
    • Manage profit and loss income statement.
    • Prepare for and participate in weekly senior management meetings to discuss key business initiatives, compliance, new business, recruiting, financial updates, and operational concerns.
    • Prepare for and participate in monthly and quarterly financial reviews.
    • Responsible for financial planning and budgeting.
    • Responsible for involvement in the development of proposals at clients’ request.
    • Participate in sales and operational presentations to clients.
    • Ensure overall compliance with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, by our clients, and by regulatory authorities.
    • Oversee hiring and performance management of Directors, General and Regional Managers that oversee and support the LaGuardia, Terminal B operation.
    • Oversee the training program and ensure that all training documents are properly maintained in training files.
    • Ensure an active client visitation program is maintained.
    • Understand client performance metrics/SLAs and the financial ramifications
    • Review operational performance metrics with the clients and internal team
    • Responsible for overall business development, facility management and service delivery, In LaGuardia Airport, Terminal B.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
    • Responsible for mentoring all leadership members so they have career pathing opportunities
    • Responsible for training and mentoring all team members so they have career pathing opportunities
    • Develop and implement strategic plans
    • Resolve issues short term, followed by permanent solutions
    • Review KPI’s and analytics for areas of continuous improvement, innovations and/or savings
    • Profile of an innovative, executive leader, hands on, visible to both operation and client.
    • Develop and implement multi-year strategic plans
    • Create and execute sustainable proposals, plans, and process solutions to support operational efficiency
    • Prepare and deliver strategic, comprehensive monthly and quarterly business review
    • Prepare for and participate in weekly senior management meetings to discuss key business initiatives, compliance, new business, recruiting, financial updates, and operational concerns.
    • Analyze and drive positive profit and loss income statement performance
    • Lead financial planning and budgeting process and recommendations
    • Analyze and drive KPI’s and analytics for areas of continuous improvement, innovations in service quality, operations, and profitable clients and team

Requirements

    • Must be an innovative thinker, constantly striving for improvement and elevating guest experience in all facets of the facility from the environment to passenger experience.
    • Must have experience with Union Negotiations and CBA’s
    • Executive Leadership experience a must
    • C Suite Leadership Capabilities
    • IFS Management & Technical Engineering experience highly desired
    • Over 1 million square foot facility management experience
