Veterinary Receptionist/CSR (Full AND Part-time available), $17-21/hr
Rockingham Emergency Veterinary Hospital (REVH) is seeking a part time receptionist to join our fun and skilled team!
Our receptionists are highly valued as patient advocates and are an integral part of the patient care team.
The ideal applicant…
- Has prior veterinary experience
- Is confident and has excellent communication and client service skills.
- Must have compassion for animals and their owners
- Works well independently AND in a team environment
- Has the ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, prioritize, is organized, and can work with little to no supervision
- Has strong computer skills
- Is available weekends and some holidays

The job entails…
- Greeting clients
- Differentiating routine cases from emergency cases
- Client communication
- Entering client, patient and financial data in the computer
- Generating invoices and processing payments
