We are in search of a Veterinary Urgent Care Practice Manager to help lead and grow Urgent Care by Ethos our newest urgent care center, based in Nashua, NH.

The Role:

• The Practice Manager will be responsible for successfully overseeing business operations, finances, and productivity. The incumbent will be responsible for profit and loss (P&L) management of the business with direct influence on how to resources are allocated.
• The Practice Manager is responsible for creating a culture of encouragement, mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members incorporating the company’s vision, mission, and core values.
• The Practice Manager must possess strong client service skills and build a culture of exceptional client experience.
• The Practice Manager will collaborate with the hospital Medical Director to ensure effective deployment of medical services.
• Ensure compliance and accountability for all standard hospital operating procedures as well as full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and all applicable laws governing veterinary business operations.
• Accountable for client and referring veterinarian satisfaction.

The Candidate:

• We are seeking individuals who possess a strong business acumen, have proven leadership capabilities, a high level of emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, the ability to develop employees, be a strategic thinker /problem solver, be an outstanding communicator, and can cultivate a positive working environment that supports an exceptional client experience.
• Recent experience in hands-on operations position may help a candidate to be successful in this role.
• Prior experience in hospitality management or retail operations will make the operations manager successful.
• Candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 5 plus years of business and people leadership experience.
• Veterinary industry experience is not required, but a comfort level working within a clinical setting will be necessary.

Urgent Care Centers:

• We will be open 7 days per week, with no overnights or hospitalizations
• Practice Manager will be required to work during business hours which includes nights and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
