Description of Duties for Vault Manager:

• Directly supervises count team members in vault areas.
• Assigns workstations to money room employees.
• Obtains relief/replacement employees to ensure adequate schedule coverage.
• Assists in research/resolution of complex or unusual transactions between money room employees and other departments.
• Enforces internal control procedures and departmental policies and procedures.
• Documents and tracks employee related information including vacation and attendance.
• Assists in the development of new training programs.
• Implements training programs for new employees.
• Ensures daily maintenance and replenishment of equipment and supplies in the money room.
• Documents soft count return information and reconciles bankroll information.
• Accounts for and remits monies brought in through soft count activities.
• Issues discipline as necessary.
• All other duties assigned.

Qualifications for Vault Manager:

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Must have at least 3+ years of previous vault/banking related experience.
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
• Must be able to lead by example.
• Must have experience with database management.
• Must be able to write policies and procedures.
• Must have strong knowledge of state of Florida gaming rules and regulations.
• Must have keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills are required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends and holidays.
