The Wyndham Destinations Marketing Contact Center is growing and we are currently hiring motivated and driven sales service professionals to work in our Activations Department as an Activations Sales Representative working with a supportive leadership team who is invested in YOU and YOUR success!

As an Activation Sales Representative, you will be making outbound follow-up calls to guests who have purchased a timeshare promotional vacation getaway but have not yet booked their dates. Your salesmanship and customer service techniques will be put to great use in this role as you will be helping guests plan their vacation while ensuring that they meet all eligibility requirements for the promotional offer. The results of your efforts will help to deliver on arrivals, increase revenue for the department and guarantee tour volume for the resorts.

Who Are We Looking For?

Our ideal candidate displays great sales skills and quick thinking in convincing our customers to book dates by overcoming early interruptions to keep guests on the phone and objections to booking dates on the call. Displays clear and persuasive communication skills and is sales and service minded. We are looking for someone who possesses a positive, outgoing, professional demeanor, someone who is driven and self-motivated, detailed oriented and able to work independently. What are the Hours?

  • The current schedule is Mondays and Wednesdays from 11am to 6:30pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1pm to 8pm, Fridays 10am to 5:30pm. You must be flexible to work either shift as this will be determined by the needs of the business.
  • You will work one Saturday a month which can vary 10am to 2pm or 11am to 3pm.

What you'll bring:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

  • Ability to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings and weekends to suit business needs

  • Call Center experience preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of Sales experience required

  • Customer Service, Reservations, Hospitality or equivalent experience required

  • Proficient working with Microsoft Office is preferred

Benefits:

  • New hire pay during the first 90 days is $18.00

  • After 90 days the pay is $15.00/hour plus incentives with yearly earning potential up to 80K+
