What’s The Gig?: We’re hiring Night Shift (6:00p.m.-6:00a.m.) Crush Operators to monitor and adjust processing parameters for crushing soybeans and producing a wide variety of specialty edible oils including Organic Soy, NGMO Soy, Sunflower, and Canola.

This includes:

• Keeping records of materials processed and transferred.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Regulating the flow of materials to and from conveyors, chutes, pumps, or storage bins.
• Adjusting equipment such as screens, conveyors, and fans, to control or vary size or grade of product, or to maintain a uniform flow of materials.
• Daily Cleaning of work areas inside and outside to maintain a clean facility.
• Loading and unloading of semi hopper trailers with our meal finished product or raw soybeans
• running seed cleaning, and seed drying equipment
• operation of semi with trailer onsite
• operation of scissors lifts,forklifts,skid loader and railcar mover

What Do I Need To Know?: The knowledge to operate Boom Lifts, Tractors, Semis CDL is a plus. Also, having mechanical knowledge of pumps, valves, grain equipment,frequency drives and steam systems is a plus.
