Villa Springfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking to hire for an excellent Nurse Manager to join alongside our team of excellent caregivers!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and facilitate patient care through assessment, evaluation, planning, and implementation
- Communicate patient needs to a variety of care team members and follow up accordingly
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, physicians, and nurses to ensure high quality care
- Infection Control: Track Covid Cases for facility, provide education to all staff regarding infection contro,. Monitor trends of various types of infections
- Imunization tracking
- assist with med room/med cart audits weekly and follow up with pharmacy as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have active Nursing License (RN/LPN)
