Unemployment Compensation Navigator Job at Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc.
Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc. (CSO) an innovative non-profit, has 2 full-time opening for Unemployment Compensation (UC) Navigators to provide services to individuals applying for UC Benefits in Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder and Union counties. The goal of these positions is to provide information and technical support to individuals who are applying for UC benefits. This position will also coordinate outreach events to promote increased community awareness of the UC application process. Applicants must be able to serve customers in group and individual settings. These positions will be home based with frequent travel in the nine-county area. Strong project management, customer service and computer skills required. E.O.E. CSO is seeking applicants who have relevant work experience or education in the workforce development, human services or education fields.

Pay: $38,835.00 per year
