We have an opening for a qualified Unarmed SPO position supporting the Watergate in Washington, DC.

The duties and skills of the Unarmed SPO position include but not limited to:
- Monitoring and analyzing CCTV camera footage.
- Guarding valuables in an assigned area.
- Responding to alarms and emergencies.
- Communicating any irregularities with on-site management.
- Keeping an incident report record.
- Following procedures for emergency situations
- Checking visitors in and out of an area.
- Escorting visitors around a premises.
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of persons into a property.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after end of operations.
- Monitor surveillance cameras for disruptions or unlawful acts.
- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation.
Qualifications:
- Must be COVID 19 vaccinated.
- Must be 21 years of age
- Dress code: Black blazer black pants, black shoes white dress shirt black tie.
- Must have high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Must have valid security guard or Unarmed SPO license
Opening: January 3, 2022
Term: Contract
Attire: Black suit and black shoes
Salary: Up to $20 per hour, based on experience
Hours: Seven days a week, Various shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
