Job Title: ULD WAREHOUSE AGENT

Department: Ground Services

Reports To: Manager of Ground Services

POSITION PURPOSE:

Fulfill contractual obligation with ACL to have designated ULD personnel in warehouse

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain control over all company-owned/leased ULDs, cargo restraint equipment, and reconciliation of UCR’s. Coordinating with local warehouse vendors for the collection and reconciliation of UCRs (ULD Control Receipts).
• Entering of all pallet movement information in to the ACL ULD system (out to customer, return from customer, equipment positioning movements, etc.) within two hours of movement; paperwork uploaded to OneDrive by end of shift
• Complete weekly inventory checks for station equipment and updating in ACL ULD system, following up on discrepancies and corrections
• Update ULD turnover of all ULD movements upon flight departure
• Respond to equipment verification request from loadmasters/Ground Services desk
• Work with Ground Services/ACL to retrieve equipment released to customers.
• Communicate all ULD issues to Ground Services Desk for visibility and resolution
• Fulfill ULD movement requests to maintain adequate stock levels at station
• Facilitate equipment returns and repair request between station and ACL and entering in to ACL ULD system
• Submit weekly report to Kalitta Warehouse Manager to review operations and to develop necessary corrective actions.
• Provide a weekly standards report for all warehouse discrepancies and other issues to Ground Services
