POSITION SUMMARY
Perform multiple functions of plant operations: Safety, Tire and Wheel Assembly, Container work, and Housekeeping
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safe and proper assembly of Tires and wheels; Requires lifting 50+ lbs. repetitively.
- Properly lifting product below the belt and lifting above the head.
- Proper use of multiple pieces of mounting and inflation equipment.
- Unloading tire containers at a predetermined pace: Requires picking up and lifting 50+ lbs. respectively.
- Maintaining safe, clean, and organized work areas.
- Adherence to all OSHA regulations and company safety guidelines and policies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work in a fast paced and physically demanding team-oriented atmosphere.
- Simple math skills, ability to lift 50+ pounds repetitively, ability to follow processes and procedures in a consistent manner.
- Ability to work at a predetermined pace.
