Tulsa Service Year is a year-long program for recent college graduates interested in nonprofit work. Get matched through a mutual selection process that will place you with a nonprofit organization in Tulsa who fits your interests and has a need for your skills.

The Tulsa Service Year Fellowship might interest you if:

  • You’re considering graduate or law school and want to broaden your pre-graduate school experience.
  • You’re a strategic, creative problem solver who wants to use your skills to create a meaningful impact.
  • You want to leverage your skills in a career related to arts, economic development, education, entrepreneurship, government, or social justice.

We welcome all majors, including, but not limited to: Anthropology, art, biology, business, chemistry, communications, economics, education, engineering, english, finance, history, journalism, legal studies, liberal arts, mathematics, music, physics, political science, pre-law, psychology, social sciences, social work, or sociology.

What will you learn?

Tulsa Service Year wants the best, brightest, and most change-focused new college graduates to join us on the testing ground of social strategies for a year of service work. Our promise is to help you grow as much as possible. The fellowship brings together bright and driven graduates from diverse backgrounds to the city for community building, collaboration and networking.

How does it work?

Applicants choose from four service tracks: arts and education, social impact, entrepreneurial support, and civic engagement. The selection process consists of a mutual matching placement, with the ultimate goal of finalists confirming a placement with one of our nonprofit partners.

TSY Fellows are paid a salary of $40,000 - $45,000 plus benefits, and a $1,500 signing bonus to help with relocation. Tulsa has a great cost of living, and to make the move easier we’ve curated a list for our fellows in some of the best local apartments centered in the heart of Tulsa.
