JOB SUMMARY
We have currently partnered with a Wealth Management Service Agency located in Salem, NH, who is seeking a Trust Administrator to join their team! Experience in trusts, estates, beneficiaries, and tax documents will make for the most successful candidate! This is a great opportunity to grow with a structured and professional environment!
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Opening new accounts and closing accounts.
- Working closely with the Account Manger to coordinate transactions, review retirement plans and audits.
- Draft documents for client review and signature, editing, reviewing, and finalizing as required.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience with trust, estates, or administrator responsibilities. Organization, professionalism, and great communication skills are a must!
