Hours: Monday-Thursday 3:45pm - 1:45am, Friday's as needed

SIGN-ON BONUS: Receive $250 after your first 60 days of employment. Receive $250 after your first 90 days of employment

Pay: $17.50 plus $1.00 shift premium

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Follow work instructions per process book.
• Able to operate a trim machine.
• Visually inspect parts per the process book.
• Complete required production paperwork.
• Able to sort and rework trimmed die cast parts as needed.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Such other duties as are assigned from time-to-time.

JOB EXPECTATIONS

• Meet or exceed production targets (quoted rates) on a daily basis.
• Communicate problems with Supervisor and Die Technicians.
• Be at work on time with a desire to perform to the best of your abilities.

EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING REQUIRED OR PREFERRED

• Knowledge of basic math, reading and writing.
• High School Diploma preferred.
