We are looking for a bilingual Nurse Manager (RN or BSN) to lead the triage team on our Main Campus. The Triage Nurse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the triage team. The manager ensures that effective telephonic, walk-in care, and case management is provided to patients by the CNAs, MAs, LPNs and RNs, all within their scope of practice. The Triage Nurse Manager also performs triage tasks such as COVID-19 case management, providing patient instructions, relaying patients’ questions and requests to providers, making appointments, completing medication refills, and helping patients with paperwork.

This is a full-time position located on our main campus in South Omaha (30th & L), but will include some work-from-home hours, especially during the pandemic. The schedule will be 40 hours per week, generally Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school required; Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) preferred.
  • Current RN license required.
  • CPR/BLS certification required.
  • 2 or more years of nursing experience required.
  • 2 or more years of supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products, required; experience with an Electronic Health Record preferred.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with OneWorld patients and staff.
  • Must have a working computer, phone, and high-speed internet access in the home.
