Join our Madison, WI team as a Treasury Analyst responsible for supporting the cash management operations for the Mass Market, Independent Bike Dealer, and Key Account markets both in the US and Canada. This role reports to and partners with the Treasury Manager to oversee daily cash transactions and reporting.
See below for a few (but not all) of the responsibilities of the role:

  • Provides support in the day-to-day operations of all cash management operations
  • Monitors daily bank account activity
  • Establish daily cash position and reporting
  • Anticipate cash needs and ensure adequate funding is arranged
  • Monitor fraud detection tools
  • Partners with Credit, Account Payables, and other departments as needed with bank confirmations in a timely manner
  • Administer access request in bank portal
  • Set Up and Update Vendor Payment record in SAP; set up payment template in bank portals
  • Assists with cash flow forecasting process.
  • Generate financial reporting required for month and quarter end close period
  • Maintain FX rates

Education & Experience
This role typically requires at least 1 year of related experience in Treasury and/or Finance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Must have good analytical skills and good problem solving ability
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of international payment systems
  • Must be able to share coverage of bank reporting when international and domestic holidays are not in alignment with office holiday schedule
  • Knowledge of computers required including knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Must possess good interpersonal/relationship skills – must cooperate and communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, subordinates and/or outside contacts
  • Experience with SAP is ideal
