Transportation Planning Scheduling Coordinator Job at TERH International

A transit/transportation technologies company is looking for a full-time Reservations, Scheduling, and Training Manager who will report to the Contractor’s Project Manager.

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the customer service or call center management fields
  • Minumim 3 years of experience at or above the supervisory level
  • Strong working knowledge of telecommunications equipment and Trapeze Scheduling Software and brokering software and familiarity with IVR technology and other evolving telecommunications technology.
  • Direct call center management experience within the transit, paratransit, or retail transit industry.

This person will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day management of the Contractor’s Administrative and Scheduling Center.
  • Ensuring that the Administrative Center is appropriately staffed to meet fluctuating call volumes and for adjusting staffing as necessary
  • Supervising all staff within the Administrative Center
  • Preparing and submitting all required telephone system data and reports specified for this contract
  • Ensuring all customer complaints are investigated and responded to within the required timeframe
  • Ensuring that client customers receive exceptional service when they call to request, modify, cancel and check on service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
