Transformation Manager Job at DS Smith
- Manages and evaluates departmental requirements, establishes best practices, and standardizes policies and procedures in the systems consistent with the organization's administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives.
- Functional liaison between the business, IT Applications and Infrastructure, Sales, and Finance.
- Understand the changes from old systems to new and preparing the plants for a universal set of processes across the business.
- Responsible as the SME to train and provide support as required through implementation and beyond.
- Implement and track KPIs and formulate improvement strategies for manufacturing facilities.
- Continuously improve communications and documentation for our facilities and other departments.
