Training Consultant

Financial Industry Client - Commercial Banking Group

Charlotte, NC – Hybrid, 3 days onsite/2 remote.

6-24 month contract, possible conversion

Pay up to $65.00/hr on W2 depending on years of experience

Requirements

• Strong writing skills
• Experience developing learning/training material/user guides/learning modules.
• Technology implementation exp – being able to put into lamen terms to produce training docs
• Writing communication to go out to the entire business
• Confluence
• Advanced PowerPoint and basic Excel
• Background in commercial/credit banking

You will be a part of the product team inside the client's Commercial Banking Group. You will be responsible for learning the nCino platform and writing user guides from scratch that will be shared business wide. It is crucial candidates have strong writing abilities and have experience putting technology verbage into lamen terms. Your primary responsibility will be writing these user guides, maintaining them and making changes/updates when needed. Strong PowerPoint and training deck creation work is a hard requirement for this role as well.
