Coordinates online content marketing programs/plans to create, maintain and deliver multimedia and web content on internal and external social networking platforms/community sites.
Job Description:
BlueCross, as a federal contractor, may be required to implement a COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining the project database and reports; ensuring resources are available to all project team members.
- Taking meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performing basic follow-up.
- Supporting the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc.
- Assisting in development of presentations. Creating and distributing project information to relevant parties.
Job Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
Experience
- 1 year - Experience with database and project & traffic management software programs
- 4 years - Experience in a related field
Skills\Certifications
- Strong knowledge of printing and production processes and postal requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong aptitude with Windows- and Mac-based systems
Job Specific Requirements:

- Experience managing writing and multimedia projects (including video)
- Experience with a PR, advertising or creative services firm
- Experience managing and reporting on projects using Basecamp
