Al Hendrickson Toyota, one of the largest volume dealerships in the country, is growing and expanding.
We are currently looking for ladies and gentlemen to join our technician team. We are looking for candidates that would like to make a career by becoming a Toyota technician. The apprentice program starts with dealership on hands training. You will be paired with mentors, gain Toyota skill certifications and have the ability to grow you pay throughout the program. The in house as well as on line training is all paid by Al Hendrickson Toyota as we want to put you on a path for long term success.
If you join our team you start by being paired with a mentor to help you with the day to day process of servicing a vehicle. You will start with our express service team and gradually move to our technician line team. During this process there will be on line training modules to take and pass, on hands training then moving on to off sight Toyota training.
The Toyota Apprentice Career Training program is supported by Al Hendrickson Toyota. In the apprentice program you will make $16 per clock hour and it is a full time position. We assist you with the tools you need to perform the job and help you grow and learn this career. Once you complete the T.A.C.T program you can earn a position on our Toyota line with the opportunity to make over $70,000 per year. But a career being a Toyota technician does not have to stop there. You will have the opportunity to become certified with Toyota and continue to grow to become an expert, master and master diagnostic level. Well trained and experienced technicians can make well over $100,000 per year.
The apprentice program is designed for anyone wanting to make this a career. If you have no experience you are welcome. If you are in the field already but feel you have no opportunity to grow, you are welcome. If you are working for a national express lube company and feel you are at a dead end, you are welcome. Male, female.....doesn't matter, you are welcome.
