Lamers Tour & Travel is a motorcoach group tour operator serving travelers throughout Wisconsin. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Tour Office Assistant to help arrange tours and assist customers. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities include: talking to potential tour customers on the phone and in person to answer questions about each tour and their inclusions, request company checks and authorize corporate credit card payments to vendors for group activities before each tour’s departure; organize contracts and customer lists for eventual operation on the road.

Skills:

• Strong Work Ethic, Dependability, Positive Attitude, Organization and Multitasking, Ability to take constructive criticism while learning new responsibilities, basic math skills.
• Must be able to meet critical deadlines.
• Be proficient in existing computer programs including Microsoft Word; Publisher; Excel, Outlook and easily learn new programs like the TBS reservation system.
