Job Description

This jobs primary purpose is to greet and check in tour guest for their tour and assist sales representatives with their appointments.

DUTIES

Greet guests for the tour and take all applicable information.
Run reports at end of day for manifest.
Enter tour guest information into computer.
Take invitations to gift room and sales floor.
Locate sales representatives and make sure that they have picked up their tours.
Dispense telephone messages.
Assist other sales support departments as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Must have open availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 per hour
